Pistolly pistols and Spiky spikes

Introducing a new update to the game - Pistolly pistols and Spiky spikes, which as the title is saying, is adding pistols and spikes to the game.

So I wanted to add something to the game, which will make it even harder because the harder it is the better it is.  Together with the spikes and pistols, I added 4 new levels, which are benefiting from the new additions. 

Also, I slightly modified some levels and fixed some bugs.

In the next update I will probably add some mysterious blocks, but more on that later.
